Malibu Mariposa De Oro

FirmeCrete Wall & Floor Coatings were applied to the existing top patio landing and the top patio bench. The original concrete contractor had issues getting a consistent texture and finish due to the long-haul time of the ready-mix concrete.

This occurs often in the rural areas of Malibu, it takes so long for the ready mix to arrive due to traffic and long routes.

At this project by the time the concrete arrived on site the concrete was already beginning to set or what is known in the industry as a “hot load”. This project was completed in 2021 by Cano Architecture Concrete Repair.
