FirmeCrete Wall Coating was applied to the precast panel returns where the aggregate was over exposed or they had air & rock pockets. This occurs often on precast concrete panels especially when the panels have 90 degree returns.

The reason precast returns get inconsistent finishes & rock pockets on the returns, is precast is casted face down which creates a beautiful face texture where they get great consolidation from vibration and gravity.

Yet the returns do not consolidate during the vibration process. This Project was completed in October of 2021 by Cano Architecture Concrete Repair for Balfour Beatty.
